Founded in 2018 by Chika Onome Nkenchor, our organization has grown from a small group of passionate individuals to a dynamic force for change. DRD foundation has always been driven by a desire to make a difference. With extensive experience, we’ve witnessed firsthand the struggles faced by marginalized communities. This sparked a vision to create an organization that would bridge gaps and empower individuals to break cycles of poverty and hardship.

Today, our mission is to provide vital support and resources to marginalized communities, fostering hope, dignity, and self-sufficiency. We strive to empower individuals to break cycles of poverty and hardship, advocate for social justice and equality, provide essential services and resources to those in need, and build stronger, more compassionate communities.

We operate with unwavering commitment to compassion, integrity, excellence, and collaboration. Our team is comprised of dedicated individuals who share our passion for creating positive change. From our executive director to our volunteer coordinators, every member of our team plays a vital role in driving our mission forward.
