Purpose Of The Role: 

As the Hospitality and Welfare Minister, you will play a pivotal role in fostering cultural understanding, and enhancing community engagement, by creating an environment of care, comfort, and support, developing programs that reflect and celebrate the diverse cultural landscape of Alberta.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and oversee programs that promote cultural awareness, education, and inclusivity within the community.
• Collaborate with local cultural organizations and leaders to ensure diverse perspectives are included in all programs initiatives. Identifying and addressing the physical, emotional, or spiritual needs of members, particularly those facing challenges such as illness, bereavement, or financial difficulties.
• Coordinate programs like food drives, clothing distributions, and outreach to those in need. 
• Oversee the preparation and arrangement of spaces for events, meeting, or gatherings, ensuring an inviting atmosphere. 
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for hospitality and welfare tasks.
• Provide spiritual care, such as praying for or counselling individuals who are struggling.
• Promote a sense of belonging and inclusion within the community. 
• Be capable of meeting the women at various locations throughout Canada.
• Be willing to adhere to all Jubilee Global Foundation Network policies and procedures.
• Complete the screening process, including vulnerable-sector police records check
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
